   Richard Sir,

   It is imperative and important that you do something about the following, what I see is that you are investing and contributing in environment and green projects huge sums of money. I feel that this environment and recycling idea is driven unfair use of good contributions. my experience in the waste and recycling industry since last 13 years makes me who I am today and I think I have learnt from the school of hard knocks The industry of waste management and recycling is in the hands of few, where they are not adding any value instead they are having straight monopolies of having contracts for 35 years and long terms and they do not invest anything back in the business or this is heavily subsidised. I feel that you can certainly add value to this. It’s no different than airline industry when you started; I am ready to share my ideas, visions and insights of the industry. I have never worked for any companies but had and have my business all my life, when it comes to value addition and making things work and tick I have ended up in a situation of “dirty tricks campaign”. I recently read few chapters of your book which actually ended up in a box at my yard to be shredded. After reading I thought I should certainly write to you, no matter what happens, so I decided.
   As I have seen you dressed up in different costumes and different places to promote your companies and the brands, I would like you to start a company VIRGIN RECYCLING or VIRGIN ENVIRONMENT, you can name it better than me. Now the fun part is here with very few players in the industry they take advantage of the situation, all consultants are like eagles taking advantage of the environment consciousness and awareness. The fees and charges they charge the local authorities and the government organisations are ridiculous for the knowledge they share. This advice they give is just common sense and no rocket science.
   I request you to start this company in the industry and you will make a big difference, I want you to market the service in a very different and simple way. Why not you just dress up like a Bin Man, we can add some sizzle and spice in the industry where the leaders of the waste and environment industry are nowhere to be seen. Even the people working for these companies don’t know who the CEO is and what is the structure of the company and other details. The average employee of the company just doesn’t get motivated to do something because he is just like a piece of furniture without any concrete support or enthusiasm. The households makes the separation but the truck who comes to collect the garbage mixes up all again. Lack of infrastructure and right support and no accountability from no one makes this happen. The average person thinks he or she is doing his or her bit for the environment but all goes in vain. It’s a nightmare in the waste management and recycling industry.
   By doing this you would be able to shake the industry, bring some competitiveness, you will save millions of pounds for the local authority and government and people who are bearing all these costs. Most importantly you will be able to make difference. I want to be by your side and I am giving you this opportunity to share my knowledge, experience and insight of this industry. Richard Sir lets make this happen, its just going to be fun and we will drive them crazy. I sincerely and humbly request you to look into this project; this will give a big impact in all ways to your company and yourself. You will be in a better position to tell other contributors to make their contributions in the right and effective way; I will be waiting to hear from you soon.
   In these times of crises you will be able to add environment, economical, efficient and ethical value in the industry. This will make wonders for virgin and all will be super proud. Trust me. You won’t go wrong on this. Just picture us together on the streets of London picking up bins and spreading the message across, it’s going to be fun, entertaining and some boys will have their eyes open. Lets wake them up together and show them that virgin is not only busy luring the young population in glamour or competitive industry but virgin can actually make things happen in other industry too.
   I am waiting to see this happen at the earliest; this is the right time before millions just go in drain. People are using environment awareness like the year 2000 bug and sucking every penny they can. Last but not least, Garbage is never going to go out of fashion. It will always be there.
