Before Virgin I’d been working in fast moving consumer goods - then I was headhunted.

I was actually interviewed by Richard in what was meant to be a short 20 minute conversation. It turned into a long chat lasting an hour and 20 minutes which really messed up his day! I was particularly surprised when what I was expecting to be rather longer process turned out to be Richard simply asking me at the end ‘you seem to know what you’re doing, do you want the job?’
